NOTES: Foreman is paid $1.50 and General Foreman is paid $2.50 above journeyman hourly rate.

Apprentice pay is based on a percentage of a journeyman rate on eight 6-month periods as follows: 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%.
All benefits are paid by the contractor (employer).

The contractor (employer) is responsible for deducting 5% of the gross wages of each journeyman and apprentice as a working assessment and forwarding these funds to the Local's benefit administrator along with the benefits, as provided in the Working Agreement.
